Event Recycling

For events held on city property with 50 or more people, the City of Moscow requires the use of recycling containers. Containers are available at Moscow Recycling for no charge. Please call ahead to schedule. A $50 deposit is required by the City of Moscow Parks and Rec, and is refunded upon return of recycling containers.

General Events

If you are having a large party or gathering or sponsoring an event in Latah County, Moscow Recycling has various containers for recycling at no charge. Depending on your needs, we can accept plastic bottles, cans, paper products and with enough lead time, food residuals composting. The Moscow Renaissance Fair achieves 90% diversion of the waste they produce by composting and recycling. For more information please contact us.
